Need to keep resetting my cable modem..

Every few hours or so I'm needing to reset my cable modem, and it works again.

Is this a problem with the modem, or just Adelphia here? Anything I can do about it?

I would guess it's the modem's fault, but if you rent the modem, it's on Adelphia.

So I called Adelphia and they said to check the lights on my cable modem when it stops working. They said if one of the lights turns off it's their fault, but if they all stay on it's my computer causing it.

It turns out the lights do stay on, so it might be something to do with my computer.

Anyone know what could cause this? Only thing I really have open is the Windows Firewall...

I say BS on their answer. I had exactly the same problem with Comcast earlier this year. All of the lights on the modem stayed on normally but the connection went out frequently and the only way to get it back was to cycle power on the modem. I finally talked Comcast into replacing the modem (I was renting it from them) and the connection has been perfect ever since.
