Need to isolate certain shares from children on a LAN

I work for a very small engineering firm, and we commonly work at my bosse's house during the day. We have 2 laptops and a desktop for work that need to be able to have full access to each other. My bosse's son also has a laptop, but we don't want him to be able to access certain shared project folders for the company. Is there anyway to limit access other then setting up permissions for each folder?

Thanks,

Josh

There few ways to limit general access with software Firewall you can set the three businesses related computers with static IP and block with the Firewall all access to these computers allowing only the three static IPs.

Alternatively, you can buy a second Wireless Router and segregate the business computers from the Kid?s connection.

This page describe the principle, Network Segregation - Adding security to Wireless Network (or to any peer to peer Network).

On the first Wireless Router put the Kid and plug a second Wireless Router too. Plug the Desktop and the Laptops to the second Router.
