You need to download a fedora or Mint iso, put it on a DVD or USB, and install from that. You /might/ be able to convert Kubuntu into Mint, but it would be a non-trivial undertaking.

your right lxskllr, people tend to do it the hard way i use to do that and i had a headache all the time now i learned the lessen all the distros i install has to be the right ISO for the right Distro the full package and this way all run smoothley.
