Need to Install Mint or Fedora ISO from Kubuntu Live DVD

I borked my system, and I can only get a Kubuntu Live DVD to run.

I want to install Mint or Fedora from an ISO.

Can anyone give me instructions or send a link detailing how to install from an ISO image?

Thanks.

You need to download a fedora or Mint iso, put it on a DVD or USB, and install from that. You /might/ be able to convert Kubuntu into Mint, but it would be a non-trivial undertaking.
