Need To Get in SHAPE !! Where do I begin ??

Ok..so I have GOT TO GET IN SHAPE ! I cant even remember the last time I worked out.

I am not worried about losing wieght. I am 5"8 , 155 lbs.
I am not looking to get super strong. No big muscle crap.

I want to tone up my stomach, chest, and back.
I would like to bulk up my arms just a little bit.

I want ENDURANCE !! (and lots of it :)

Where should I begin ? I have a membership to a GYM, but it is out of the way from my new house, and I have trouble getting motivated to drive out there.
I have access to a mountain bike, and a bmx bike, and skateboards.
I used to swim competitively when I was young, and I have been thinking about trying that again.
What about YOGA ??? ( I am interested in it, and interest = motivation :)

First, stop buying the 10lb bags of Cheezie Poofs, unplug your computer, and drive to the farking gym. ;)
