Need to get a small office phone system, what should I get?

our office is pretty small and I guess just basic 4-line phones will do. right now we're using at&t 954's that I want to get rid off, what do you guys reccomend? I need about 4-5 phones and would like to keep it under 100 per phone. also if some can be cordless that would be awesome. the only thing is they have to be 4-line phones.
 
Siemen's and Panasonic have nice 2.4GHz cordless phone systems with up to 4 handsets. Are any of you members of CostCo?

If you want one of the best office phones check out Nortel's Meridian but I think they're out of your price range.
