Need to get a .pdf file into Excel...any ideas?

I found a link on the internet that suggested a method to do this, but it didn't really work...got the text imported, but the form didn't look similar (all the tables were messed up)...any way to do this? I could scan the document, but still not sure how to get this into Excel while maintaining the integrity of the form layout.

Not gonna happen... unless you've got Acrobat (NOT reader) you generally can't edit a PDF or extract anything but the text out of it.

I have the full version of Acrobat...so is this doable?

Never seen one that can convert .pdf to .xls. there're software that can do .pdf to various document types though. I guess the best bet is to convert .pdf to .doc in tables where Word tables can be convert to .xls.
