Need to find the BEST motherboard.

Wondering what you guys think is the absolute all around best motherboard for a p3-800EB slot fc-pga socket 370chip.
i'll have 256mb of pc133 mem.. and other stuff.. i'll be runing windows 2000, windows me, and BeOS.
when i purchased my first board.. i thought the Abit SE6 was the best.. but..i had some problems with it.. but more so with the retailer.. atacom.. never, ever buy anything from them unless you plan on never contacting them about it. i'm willing to take suggestions, and if you could back your point with reviews and stuff (i.e. web pages..) that would be awsome.

your pick 815e motherboards i think all has there own thing and i think all are good,but i choose cusl2 for the usb ports they give you cause i use like 4 of them right now and to be honest i've never had any difficult problems i couldnt solve thats why its running smooth
