Need to find info about some RAM

I've got some mystery 512mb of ddr ram. do you guys know of a program that will tell me the cas and timing of the ram?

a google search of markings (the markings on the memory chips themself) can often times give you all kinds of info

cpu-z can tell the spd just have to put the ram in a system and run cpu-z. Just start cpu-z click about then memory spd. It'll generate a text file with the spd settings.
