I know nothing about encoding or exporting in Premiere. I want to render a file in Premiere. I don't want the file to be horrendously huge or small. I want the quality to be good, so when I use another Editor, it's impossible to distinguish that I used Premiere to do certain scenes.
1. Why two editors: Vegas Editing is much easier and I'm still learning Premiere (Been disinclined to learn it since I never could figure out how to export anything @ a reasonable size/Quality ratio).
2. Vegas's default WMV rendering is perfect for DVD's and YouTube in Quality:Size Ratio. I wish Premiere would allow me to use those options but I don't understand enough about rendering to do so.
I would very much like to once and for all have a way to render a video in Vegas.
I currently have a 20 second FRAPS recorded clip. It renders on Premiere currently at 1+GB at a worse quality than a 3MB render using Vegas. I want the video to be MUCH smaller, but still look good.
If anyone would kindly please help... I would really appreciate it.
Sorry if my English and terminology was hard to understand.
