Need to do a presentation

I need to do a 10 minute presentation on a Renaissance artist. Anyway I will be using a computer and an InFocus machine to display various paintings by this artist. I would like to have some music too, and have it pan and zoom, sort of like the Apple slideshows.

Maybe something that I can click and it will start up with the music and then show a zoomed in shot of a painting then slowly zoom out or move elsewhere. Then click again and do the same thing for another painting.

This will be on Windows. Anyone know a good program to do this? I know Flash would work well but I don't have enough time to learn it.

I am unaware that powerpoint can do these zoom/pan things I speak of, is there a good link for a guide to do it?

You can do custom animations with power point, it's fairly easy. Play around with them and you should be able to get something you like. One word of warning, design the presentation on the PC you'll be presenting with, or at the very least, test it a day early. I've had problems with even the same version of power point displaying stuff the same way from PC to PC.
