How about a bill requiring women to attend a criminal trial and sign a death warrant before they can get an abortion?

Oh wait, I think that's been done before ;)

Andy

One senator somewhere proposed such a bill. He mainly did it to prove a point. I think there was a thread on OT about it, but I dunno what you'd search for to find it.

Sorry to hijack the thread :)

Politicians that are cuaght with a factual lie, are automatically removed from office.

Any politician that promises something during an election campaign and is unable to deliver during the term in office (up until they have to declare for the next election), is unable to stand for re-election.

Black quarter backs start with 7 points.
White BB players start with 10 points.
Chinese BB players get 15 points.
Black hockey players get 2 goals and no one is allowed to check them.

Legalize pot, tax it and make it so that a certain percent of the taxes go toward a Pink Floyd Foundation, whose purpose will be to provide free PF CDs to anyone who requests them.

You could always create one that deprives citizens of legal counsel, perpetual imprisonment without charges brought against them... oh wait, that one is already on the books.
