Need to Correct BIOS Time Clock

I had to reset my motherboard's BIOS today and now the time clock is off. How do I fix this?

Just setting the time in Windows will also set the time in the BIOS.

I've tried that and Windows only lets me change the hour not the minutes. When I try to sync it to time.windows.com it always fails.
