Need to buy a router.

I need to buy another hub or router for my home LAN network since I'm adding a new computer. What's the best and cheapest one available?😎

ummmm best router imho is the cisco 12000 series, however i would assume thats more than you need. what exactly do you need a router for, and what do you need it to do?

While the phrase "hub or Router" worries me, this seems like a good place to drop in 2 of my cents.
I just bought a Hawking PN9225. And the best way to discribe it is: Try driving around the block with the parking brake engaged. It takes a solid bite out of throughput and latency(well it adds to latency, but you get the idea)
Was cheap at $80.- but if Microcenter is open tomorrow, this baby is going back.

how do you need another hub or router? since it sounds like u are adding to your aditional LAN, it is a wierd sort of question.

do you have a 4 port hub and you are getting a fith computer or somehting like that?

do you need a hup or switch or do you need a router?

Please give details. you can do a search at price watch for the best prices.

Go for the Netgear RT314, its a router with a built in 4 port switch and its rock solid and doesnt take away any throughput.

I was thinking the same thing. We really need to know what he wants to accomplish.
