Personally, I use my 10" henckels chef knife on pizzas at home. Use the cardboard bottom like a pizza peel to get it out of the oven and cut your slices out with a nice chef knife that's useful at plenty of other things. You can "rock" a chef knife like you would a half-moon knife, it just might not go all the way across the pizza in one slice.
