You don't want an architect. They'll just give you fucked up plans that are missing dimensions, and won't square up if you manage to find enough to go around the building ;^)
yea, but he will be able to therapeutically provide proper pressure to the locations that need to be aligned, creating a much better experience... until natural forces cause it to mis-align again... a week later, resulting in another profitable transaction for choosing this design over any other...
lol wtf?
basically, i was hoping they might be able to take a look at a floorplan of an office and help me utilize it properly... i figured an architect would be able to do that.
Maybe an interior designer?
meh, nah, not really, because there may be some build-out required...
basically, i'm looking at opening up my own clinic. this office space is already built out... i just need to make some modifications.

Small reno jobs are best leaving it to a good contractor and need not muddle things up by using an "architect".meh, nah, not really, because there may be some build-out required...

You don't need an architect you need a feng shui interior designer - trust me on this you'll love coming in and being there.
More important your clients will.

He is opening a clinic, so he will need permits and meet all local town/city codes.
So he best bet is an architect, so whatever he does, is all within the law.
