Need the fastest ISP Service at the lowest price

HI All

I presently use juno.com for 9.99. Its the slowest isp provider i have ever used but on the other hand its the most reliable. Im thinking about going with Netscape for a trial. Anyone have any idea which isp is the fastest, reliable and junkmail control??

Dial up seems like a rip nowadays. I would go for SBC dsl if it's available. Their 1 year plan seems pretty cheap.

Get a Wireless LAN adapter, yagi, and netstumbler to sniff your area for an unsecure network, or ask a neighbor if you can leech off of his.

Where you are you should have nearly unlimited choices. But I use intergate.com at $10. per month. It does cost more with accelerator. But if you pay by the year in advance it's cheaper. I have a big problem with Netscape ISP service - they make it very difficult to actually talk to a live person. And you have to pay for phone tech support. Phone support is free at Intergate. And if you have non-technical questions, you can easily talk to a live person as well.
