Hey guys, I am looking for the best black keyboard. The saitek keyboard looks really sweet with the blue led's. Are their any other really good keyboards, possibly one that is wireless?

everyone's goign to say the DAS keyboard. i think it's the biggest waste ever. there's nothign special about it.

i have a black Chieftec Wireless KB that is just awsome, when it was new it was pretty quiet as well fill KB layout with minimal stupid special function buttons, if you can find it, it woudl be great

I got a Saitek Eclipse and its great. Love illuminated keys (i usually play with the lights off.)

Finest keyboard I've ever used, highly recommended

Plain old IBM ones look and feel really nice. I'm using one and I won't go back to full size keyboards ever.

Well, I guess I have to say Das Keyboard now. I've never used it (like most other people, I suspect) and so won't comment on how useful it is or isn't.

I know they claim that they've changed the springs on some of the keys depending on what finger you typically use to push those keys, but that's assuming that you type correctly (home row and all that). If you're not a good touch typist and/or you're looking to improve your speed, I guess it's not the worst keyboard you could use.

For technogeek factor, I would certainly suggest it, but for a good keyboard...? I use the Logitech Elite Keyboard (without drivers installed) and it works fine for me.

I've been using the logitech elite for a while now, it is very nice. The only downside to it is the lame f-lock, although it seems like all new non-gaming keyboards are starting to implement this. I might take a look at that saitek eclipse though, that looks pretty sweet. Also the logitech G15 will be coming out eventually, which also looks pretty sweet.

Sweet Jesus! I didn't know about the Logitech G15. Seems kinda gimmicky though... how often do you really look down at your keyboard when you're gaming? Particularly in an FPS, taking a quick look down at the keyboard to see whether you need to reload can be the difference between life and death.

Saitek Eclipse, very impressed with it, and the illuminated keys are nice for playing at night or with the lights off.
