I was thinking that there's some sort of AT effect in some other country.... Otherwise there's no way 7 would be in the lead.

IMO, #1 and #12. But, I'd definitely rank #4 in the top half.

Ugh! I dislike these "vote for my baby, my friend," etc. threads! I mean, so what if I look at other people and feel they really merit it, as opposed to your friend or friend's baby or your baby! Ugh! I would hope if I were running for a competition, my chance isn't destroyed because of someone corrupting the votes! I will vote for your friend if and only if I feel she merits it in comparison to her competitors.

I just checked it out! I think number 12 is beautiful, but beauty isn't really all they're looking for in modelling. The attitude and the unique look too. On that basis, my preference would be number 2 and 4. They both have the attitude and look sophisticated, in contrast I can't see a personality in number 12 (1, 3 or others). Their faces also have more the the exotic look than, say, 12. However, I really resent it when people resort to solicitation without adding a conditional statement, so I'm not sure I'll vote for 4. Behind every face, there's a story. I resent the constant sob stories. (I couldn't even tell no. 4 was 30 yrs old.) If you're so not confident that you can win a competition, then why bother entering?

In any case, I hope this isn't late. I had a blast . . . it was the best I've ever had in years! Sooooooo cool! No, no, this wasn't the stupid LA Mercedes Benz Fashion Show. That one was boring and stupid, for all the publicity and expectations. This one I speak of was indescribable. It was so classy! The designers were emerging designers with great outfits, who're likely to make it big name soon. Some made outfits that were worn by celebrities. Uh-uh-uh! What a luvly experience that was! I am going back to actually do some fashion shows for an emerging designer. Wooohoooo!
