Need suggestions on next SNES RPG to play

JujuFish

Lifer
I recently replayed Chrono Trigger from beginning to end, and enjoyed it as much, if not more, than the original time I played it through. I want to play another great SNES RPG, and I would like some suggestions. There are several I've played, and several I haven't.

Right now, I'm thinking about Terranigma. Illusion of Gaia is and was one of my most favorite games as a kid, and last year I replayed it through, so Terranigma seems like a logical next step.

Any other suggestions?

FF3 US (ff6 j) is an all time winner hands down classic blah blah blah.

if squareenix thinks they can pull of a ff7 remake, they need to think about a ff3 remake.

I agree. A FF6 remake would be many RPG fans dream come true.

Just how many endings did you see in chrono trigger? 😉
FFVI is a must, absolutely required to play.

I stopped after two, the normal ending and the first ending in New Game+, although I've seen more when I originally played the game.

As far as FF is concerned, I've enjoyed FFV the most.
As for Earthbound, I never could get into the game and enjoy it.
I've played Secret of Mana, but that was a long time ago, so I'll definitely consider that.

Secret of Mana rocked but I'm not sure how fun it will be to play alone. That game was great because you could co-op.

I'd say FF3 or Secret of Mana. Like Juju I just couldn't get into Earthbound but for me it was just because it actually played like a kids game at the beginning (what is your favorite food? 😛)

I'd sell my new born child's soul to Squaresoft's pagan deity of choice in exchange for a remade FF6.

Alas, it will never happen due to massive FFVII fanboism.
