What are some good ones ?

Need it for grandma that needs her computer cleaned out of malware, etc..

I don't want to be the one doing the cleanup. Looking for an online vendor that's good/reasonable.
I don't want to recommend staples/geeksquad.

Logmein is great for a free solution.

Go To My PC is damn good also but does cost some money.

A lot of the vendors I have been working with use Webex. No idea the cost but it seems to get the job done.

I've used Go To Assist before and have generally liked it. Never really ran into issues when it wouldn't work and you can email a link to start the remote session or give them the website + code (Never been offered an email link with Webex). The email was nice - assuming they could get into their email - as it makes it relativley painless to start the session

teamviewer if you do not want to use logmein

Yeah, I switched from logmein to teamviewer for the ease of use when family needs help. Just run the portable app, easy breezy. No installation needed.

I think join.me is supposed to be super easy as well.

I use LMI every day at work and I have zero complaints. It does exactly what it needs to do.
