Need suggestions on 80mm fan

Thinking of removing this jet engine (delta fan) from my Thermalright SK-6 and putting a 80mm on there. Anyone have suggestions on the best 80mm you can get that's easy on the ears?

those are really good fans.
 
I think the silencer and panaflo do about 25 cfm max, but they are very very quiet. I'd look for a speed controllable fan like the one on the volcano 7 or a zalman, or make your fan adjustable with a rheostat etc.... Or try 7volts, - here
