Need suggestions/help

My computer is 5 years old and I need an upgrade. I have a ~$800 budget (I'm leaving another $200 for a monitor). I'm aiming for a quiet build. I'll just mostly watch shows on this with occasional gaming (UT3 when it comes). Here's what I got so far; please tell me if they're compatible:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe ($194.99)

Video: 8800GT ($269.99)

Mobo: ASUS P5K SE ($104.99)

Case: COOLER MASTER Mystique ($79.99)

RAM: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM x 2 ($47.98)

HD: Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM ($84.99)

PS: ?

Fan: ?

I have no idea what I should get for the power supply and fan. My budget is really going over, so anything I should replace to bring the price down? I'm planning to buy this in early december so hopefully the price will go down by then.

Better motherboard. Better chipset, etc. The Mobo you picked has onboard graphics - no reason for that, and it's an older chipset.

Not as many features as other boards on this SE, but it's cheaper. The regular P5K is like $137.

Noted and bump. BTW, do motherboards with WIFI-AP means it has built in networking?
