Need suggestions for my PC's impact

Hello pals! I built my first PC ever and all situations are going bad since then. I successfully built my PC and installed Windows 10 Home OS and everything went fine. But here, I used USB that came with my Windows 10 Product Key. I faced weird performance issues after doing that and later I reinstalled my OS again (with that USB again!). I am a bit noob when doing these kind of things. I am unaware that the USB thing is kind of outdated windows build and buggy. Not only the OS, I have installed many softwares and games and used PC for 2 days. I faced an issue with DISK USAGE going full 100% in Task Manager and suspected my Windows Installation. So, I again downloaded Windows ISO from Official Microsoft and booted using my other USB stick and everything went fine. But, that Disk Usage issue didn't go. I searched internet for solution and found many to disable some services like Superfetch etc. I really gone frustated and worried that I impacted my PC (Hard Disk) which is a new ones and performing several formats. :(

So, I came to a conclusion that Windows 10 is buggy or I don't know what's wrong. Also, I used WD Tool for scanning my HDD for Bad Sectors and found 4 Damaged Sectors. Of course, I need to be careful with that but that is not a big problem.

Now, my current state of my PC is that I zeroed my Hard Drive and kept it aside until I get suggestions from you guys what to do. Should I install Windows 10 again cleanly and do some tweaking in Windows Services to avoid issues? This may be weird question but I'm confused. Please help.

My PC specs:
Intel Core i5-6500
Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB (8x2) 2133 MHz
ASUS MAXIMUS VIII RANGER Motherboard
GTX 1060 Strix
WD Caviar Blue HDD 1TB 7200 RPM

Thanks in advance! :)

You shouldnt need to constantly reinstall different builds of windows. They all update to the same thing anyway. I would not be using a drive with bad sectors, not as my boot drive anyway. And of course I highly recommend an SSD as the boot drive. Even if it is just a $30 Intel X25-M or 320 off ebay. Just make sure you only have one drive plugged in when you install windows.

Yeah, a HDD with 4 re-allocated sectors may be on the way out and should be trashed. That said, I agree with everyone else. If your main Win10 OS drive isn't on an SSD, you're doing it wrong. Win10 can be, at times, rather disk-heavy. A decent SATA SSD has 100x-200x the random IOPS of a HDD.

You said that 4 bad sectors is not a big problem? I disagree. I've seen drives with a single bad sector that has corrupted Windows. It's time to replace that drive first.

You are right pal. My Windows is getting corrupted like you said. I examined it's going suddenly into "Automatic Disk Repair" after a day of usage after re-installing Windows. I suspect the Hard Drive.

I can't get a SSD right now. I think I have to replace the drive as I have warranty. I feel bad I didn't get and think of getting a SSD for my PC at all! Also, WD will be sending me a "Recertified/Refurbished" drive and they really don't replace the drive with the new ones. I asked them. So, should I wait for some days and must purchase a SSD for my PC? Is it worth it or else should I be installing Windows freshly on replaced HDD?

Get a smaller SSD for your main hard drive that'll run Windows and your programs. Then RMA your bad WD hard drive and use that for storage as a secondary drive. They'll send you a refurbished drive but they usually work just fine. :)

Which one should I get? M.2 or normal SSD? I'm willing to buy a SAMSUNG EVO SSD 250GB. And is 120GB enough? Please explain on how should I maintain OS, games, programs on which drive and how? For example, I have several games like The Division, GTA V etc., and I can't be installing them all on my SSD so how? :p And will M.2 wear out sooner than a normal SSD? Thank you.
