Need suggestions for editing system

Definitely cant afford top of the line, but need something mainly for adobe, avid, canopus and sony (ie vegas/acid) programs. I have a case, PSU, HDD and video card so far. All i need is some recomendations on a CPU, Mobo, and RAM. I have about $500 to spend on those three. Thanks.

BTW I have no desire to overclock.
