Do any of you use a contact management software packge for sales or customer service type stuff? What do you use? What would you recomend? Why or why not? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks,

There is no finer contact management software than ACT!.
It's fully customizable, or you can use it's default layout (which is good).
Symantec actually owned if for a while, and sold it back to it's originator. I used ACT! 4.0 when I was in sales a few years ago, and it's just perfect for quick look-ups, leaving notes or sending emails to a customer/client.
