Need suggestions for cheap basic SFF

I'm trying to find a basic rig for my wife's biz. Her needs for this rig are about 95% web searching and 5% simple office stuff. The space for the computer is very small. The last rig I built was over 3 years ago so I'm somewhat out of the loop, and.... I probably won't have time to build this one. Any ideas?
 
Cheap Shuttle from FS/T. The original SV2x should be dirt cheap now, and I'm sure an ATer will assemble it for an extra $20. Provide your own OS. 🙂
