it needs to be a problem that you're actively trying to fix. From what you're saying here it sounds like you have no interest in altering you're resentment of those in higher management with more traditional views. if you have to go with this "weakness" you should try to saying you're working to understand more traditional management styles and trying to balance teh two schools of thought.Originally posted by: Art Vandelay

I am interviewing for a brand/product management role at Unilever.
As a rule of thumb avoid problems that begin with "Too" where if you remove the word it become a positive trait. Those are cliche
