What do you all think of this?

"I enjoy leading the way to success. My job needs to emphasize early responsibility, and should allow me and other young hires to influence the direction of projects. I get frusturated when higher management fails to make decisions and doesn't let younger hires to take initiative."

I am interviewing for a brand/product management role at Unilever.
it needs to be a problem that you're actively trying to fix. From what you're saying here it sounds like you have no interest in altering you're resentment of those in higher management with more traditional views. if you have to go with this "weakness" you should try to saying you're working to understand more traditional management styles and trying to balance teh two schools of thought.

As a rule of thumb avoid problems that begin with "Too" where if you remove the word it become a positive trait. Those are cliche

Yeah that's the tough part. Some interviewers want to hear "honesty", some want to hear "rhetoric", and some want to hear something "creative".
Yup.
Though I hear that most interviewers are concerned with how you answer, not what you answer.
They may only ask once, if you give a silly answer they probably wont say "HA! No, seriously, whats your weakness?"

They will likely just write down: "Gave me a smart-ass answer".
Depending on the job you apply for that may or may not work in your favor.
I applied for an engineering position recently and made damn sure all my answers were realistic and serious. They dont want to find out about my sense of humor until after I'm hired.
