Tomorrow I have a midterm at 5:30-7, which is pretty late in the afternoon. There is a review class at 8:30 [normally my classes start at 12:30 the earliest, im not a morning person at all, wake up at 11-12, sleep at 2-3am]

Normally i dont eat breakfast until about 2-3pm..
so now i need help for easy ideas [i have eggs, bread, balogna, processed cheese, a mcdonalds across the street, and school caf] for a good breakfast that will help me not feel tired while i write my exam. Not only for that, but I want to start eating breakfast when I wake up, seems like a habit i should get back into [been doing this for the past 5 years? Havent really eaten breakfast before school since middleschool... in 2nd year of university now]

I have eaten Mcdonalds once since moving in here, mcdonalds is literally across the street from me... not a fan of the leaky anus the days after lol

Suggestions?

Cliffs: tell me quick breakfasts i can make that will give me some energy

mcdonalds wont do the trick, lots of carbs (the bread) with some eggs and a cup of orange juice is a great start. id stay away from the slop of mcdonalds in the morning. Carbs are really good for engergy and making your own breakfest is not only tasy, but satisfying in itself!

I keep hearing a glass of orange juice in the morning will give you a lot of energy...

I don't eat breakfast fyi... although its the most important meal of the day... Whatever...

5 eggs whites and one whole egg on wholemeal toast. One peice of fruit. More importantly you will need to continue to eat throughout the day. By the time you do your exam you should have had 4 meals (7:00, 9:30, 12:00, 2:00, 4:30) all with a serve of protein and good quality carbs. Limit fruit to 2 peices, one at breakfast and one immediately before the exam. Minimise simple carbs, no sugar, chocolate etc. Get some nuts, whole grain bread, yoghurt, ham, turkey etc.

2 cups of your favorite fruit juice, 2-3 tbsp of raw wheat germ, 1/2 cup milk...blend well. If you're brave, and not scared of the small chance of salmonella, add a raw egg or 2 into the mix...you're good to go...
