Need suggestion on IDE raid card (Read post for info)

I have 2 Maxtor 60 GB 5400 drives and 2 WD 60 GB 5400 drives for a total of 240 GB. This is for my FTP server so speed doesn't really matter too much. Now here comes my question. Even though they are different drivews would they work well in a RAID 0+1 or should I have two RAID 1 arrays? I would also need a RAID card that would do 2 RAID 1 arrays. Also if I went for 0+1 should I match up both maxtors for one striping and Western digitals for the other striping or should I have a maxtor and a WD for each striping.
