Need suggestion for grilling tonight - EZ and new

Something simple and quick for dinner tonight... I need some new ideas.

I've done:

• Steaks (S&P, brought to room temp)
• King mushrooms (mmm)
• Sliced zuchini
• Corn, etc
• Salmon

Help.

Burgers and roasted corn. That's what I'm doing. Cheddar, avocado, onion, Hawaiian bread, spicy pickles, tomato, for the burgers. Charcoal with some mesquite wood for smoky flavor.

Grilled rack of lamb if you feel extra fancy.
Grilled pork chops for everyday goodness.
Grilled Pork tenderloin if you want juicy yummy.
Crispy grilled pork belly if you want to be the alpha and the omega hipster.

We had a new place open up close to us that focuses on frozen meats. Wild Fork Foods. They have a huge selection of everything. Their Berkshire pork chops are absolutely amazing.

Personal favorite though is the Brazilian Calabrealsa sausage (https://wildforkfoods.com/products/brazilian-style-calabresa-sausages) on the kamado rotisserie. That + a side of Pao de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) is divine.
