OK, I can totally hear the song in my head, but just can't even pull the words up.
Basically a kind of mid to late 90's hip-hop song (maybe a bit of reggae?)
But, somewhere in the middle of it, there's what sounds like a (cough) African American (cough) kid in there and he says this:
"They were playin' horseshoes.........................They were playin' HORSESHOOOOOOOOOOES!"
That ring a bell for anybody?
