Need something comprable to 9600np

I was excited about getting a 9600np from BestBuy's BF Sale for $70. But after reading some negative comments on it I would like to hear what others suggest. I would like to stay close to that proce range.

Currently running a P4 3.0c with on board video from an Intel D865GBF motherboard. Need advice soon, as the sale is approaching quickly.

For $70 after rebate, its actually a pretty good price. The only other card in that price range that offers still decent performance are either a used Ti4200 or a regular Radeon 8500.
