Hi all, I am looking at these speakers and I want them! But I don't know anything about speakers so I don't know how good they are (except that they look nice!) Here is the link: Sonicum Speakers
I want to preorder them since it would be $77.88 right now, and then after they go on sale it will be $120. I will be using them as speakers for my Macbook and ipod nano. Thanks!
 
Looks like average specs for a budget set of computer speakers leaning on the weak side for reported wattage ratings.

At that price (~$80), you could probably get a pair of used Klipsch Promedias that I have no doubt would blow them away in sound quality and power.

Guess it depends on what your priorities are.
 
I don't want to buy 2nd hand electronics, so I think I'll be buying new speakers. But for $80 are these nice speakers? Or I could get other nicer ones for the same amount of money?
 

YOyoYOhowsDAjello, I looked at the speakers you listed, I think I'll wait until April to decide if I really want speakers or not. I have speakers that are functioning perfectly fine, it's just that the Sonicum ones looks too nice to pass. But I am trying to save money so maybe I will just wait until my speakers die.
