Need someone to identify pieces of a Chieftec/Chemning

I've got an old aluminum chieftec that I took apart a few months ago, and forgot where a few pieces go. Can someone help identify these two?

i think they are somehow related to the PSU, if you can just take a picture of where they are that would be really great

The piece in the 2nd pic is about useless. I think I removed them because they were in the way of my Antec Truepower 430.

The first piece goes to the bottom of your 5 1/4 drive bay. I can't take pics cause I just put them together :frown:
