In the tutorial, after you finish the combat you level up and it says to spend your talent on the Training section of the tree. I did that, but when resuming the game, it just keeps telling me I need to spend my talent, even though I clearly have and it shows 0 talents remaining to spend. Is this just a bug?
 
I played through the tutorial many times earlier in the year and never encountered this. Is your game fully patched and 'enhanced editioned'?
 
you need to meditate ("sleep") for the points to be allocated. it's been a few years since i played but that's who i remember it being done in the Witcher series.
