Need some suggestions

I am new to overclocking. I have a very basic knowledge of how to do it, but I understand most of it. I am stuck at 2.3 with my memory relaxed to 2.5-4-4-8 1T and up the voltage to 2.7 and I would like to run a 1:1. I tried to go up to 235, but windows won't boot. I have the HT at x4. System specs are in my sig. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. If I did not provide enough information just ask and I will gladly tell.
