need some quick vb help

1) In my UI window, how do i disable the user from maximizing it?
2) How do i implement 'hot keys' , thanks

2) Do you mean shortcut keys?

thanks i'll check it out, oh with the shortcut keys i found out i just need to put a '&' in the name.
