Need some quick help, SK6 or Dynatron 610?

I gotta buy one of the two today, there's a free shipping promotion.

I have the choice between a fanless SK6 (that's ok, I have a YSTech and Delta at my disposal) or a Dynatron DY1206BH-610 (which I'm assuming is the same as the 625 model reviewed here, with a different fan).

The Dynatron is $10 cheaper and comes with some kind of little fan.
Here's where I'm thinking of getting either of them.

Can anyone recommend which way I should go? I like the price of the Dynatron, as well as it's three hole clip, but I believe the SK6 would outperform it by a little (if I put the Delta on both of them), would it not?

The bare SK-6 is cheaper at newegg, even with the shipping.

I have to buy within Canada, or shipping will be more than the heatsink.
I ended up going with the bare SK6 from the place in my first post. Hope it's the right choice, should be here mid-next week.
