Ok, just put in my new mobo and when I try to power up, everything powers up just it doesn't boot up. Keep getting constant beeps. Resetting the CMOS as we speak, if that doesn't work any other ideas on what's goin on and how to resolve it?

I have reset everything, even replaced my barton with another AMD chip I have and it still beeps.
