AND, let's not forget that you have to SEND IN your phone PRIOR to them giving you any money. They receive the phone, and appraise its condition, and then adjust the offer accordingly. Odds are you will NEVER see the maximum value listed for an "excellent condition" phone. You'll likely make far more listing it on eBay yourself.

You get pretty much nothing for them.
You can list the DroidX on CL for $250 and it'll sell withing a couple of days.

A rip off? only phone I know the CL price on there is the Droid 1, which are always right around $100 out here. $161's a hellova deal.
