Need some proxy help... Quick! Quick! Quick!

Im at school, online through a proxy server. I dont know the addy of the prxy sever. I need the addy of the proxy server to log onto AOL. Then admin isnt here. How do i find the address?

Also, I need to know if is a SOCKS 4, SOCKS5, or HTTPS server.. how?

If you're able to browse, (which you obviously are), go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings. The proxy address is listed there.

Also, grab the latest version of AIM, it's able to go out through an HTTP proxy so you can just HTTP on port 80 to get out.

EDIT: Grrr, Viper GTS beat me to it.

Well if you are using IE thru the schools proxy, you should be able to find the address pretty easily:

Go to Tools->Internet Options->Connections->LAN Settings->Proxy Server.

That will tell you what the address of the proxy server is.

Not sure about the rest of the info though.
