Need some Photoshop help quick.

Anyone good with photoshop type programs? I have a picture of a dog that has "red eye". Except instead of red, it's more like a glowing golden color.
Anyway I have tried using a couple of programs but just can't get it.
So if you have time and are willing to help, I would appreiciate it.

I've tried logging into digitalpose.com because that's the only place I have an account. Not working. Besides I think they may resize it anyway.
 
I've been doing some photo restoration lately and have been quite successful. If I had a copy, I could give it a try. Also, MS Picture it! has a built in 'red-eye' correction feature if you have it. I don't know if that would work on 'golden-eye' though.
 
Where can I host it? digital pose is not working. The pic is 241k and I really don't want it to be resized.

Anyone willing to let me email it to them? Not virus/trojan/etc. Just a pic of a dog.
