Cliffs: If one says, "Top 4 Pop Tracks" but tracks 3 and 4 are considered equally awesome, is one not still listing 4 tracks?

If he said "top 4 pop track rankings", then it's the position on the chart which matters; In other words, if 2 songs tied for one of the rankings, you'd have 5 tracks, but 4 positions.
