Need some P3(Socket 370)......

I just had my roommates P3 motherboard blow 2 capacitors. He is not at the point where he want to upgrade his computer(he doesn't really do anything with it besides office) and he wants to just get a new motherboard. I only buy my parts at ZZF and they are out of the one board they say they carry. Does anybody know of any other trusted sites I could get a replacement from? I want to just get an all in one motherboard so he doesn't have to buy any other parts.

Thanks,
Dack

newegg.com carries just about everything under the sun, and they are just as reputable as ZZF. i get my parts there or at ZZF as well.

Check justdeals.com They have a new socket 370 ASUS BX chipset MB for ~#30 shipped. I have used their stuff before--it works. R

Justdeals usually put quite a bit of Socket 370 motherboards on ebay as well. You can usually get them cheaper there than from their own website.

Yup, that's where I get my cheap PIII/PII mobos from.

ZZF = Zipzoomfly formerly googlegear.com. a worthy competitor to newegg.com in the online computer parts wars. Another place to get cheap socket 370 motherboards and other older cheap stuff is Computer Geeks. I have picked up a couple of cheap motherboards there that worked fine for about $35 each. One Chaintech Via KT133E and a Biostar Via Apollo Pro 133a, both are still running fine a couple of years later.
