need some oc'ing advice

Hi, I currently have my 3700 @ 2.7 ghz from 2.2 (245 x 11, 1:1) on stock voltage paired with 2x1gb g.skill ddr500 bhz's. PIC: http://img262.imageshack.us/my.php?image=oc4kk.jpg
It primed 14 hours w/ no errors. IS this a good oc for stock voltage? Which is moree beneficial, running 2.7 @ 1:1 (245 x11) or 2.9 with a 9/10 divider (265 x 11, ram @ 235mhz) with voltage @ around 1.425~1.5?
