Faceted Bourbon Glass Rocks Glasses, 12.5 oz.

Pros: $1 each at the Dollar Tree. Nice and heavy, feel good in the hand, save money for better bourbon.

Cons: Doesn't make you feel like James Bond just after a kill.

My Scotch or Whiskey never tasted different whether it be a $1 bar glass or a ridiculous "crystal" glass. Complete waste of fuckin money. It impresses no one.

$72 - set of four hand cut lead crystal - http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/dorset-crystal-double-old-fashioned-glass/

I never claimed that it tastes any different nor am I trying to impress anyone. I appreciate the quality of finely cut crystal though and I actually use them on a regular basis.

What's wrong with giving the OP options? So you don't like expensive crystal, big deal. Other people clearly do.

it's worth it to some people. you use it every day, hold it and see it often. the ~$100 will be forgotten quickly but having finely cut crystal that will last a lifetime is pretty neat. not too different from a rolex or vertu cell phone
