Need some nice but not too dressy mens shoes, help

I'm wearing khakis and other non-denim pants more and more often, and fewer t shirts and the like. Vans or whatever just don't go great with it. I can break out the cordovan captoes or black wing tips, but then I'm over dressed. I need a shoe that will look good, but not too dressy to be worn with khakis or something. No loafers or slipons, I gotta have laces. $125 or so max. How do these look? shoes I'm 23 though too so I don't want to look like an old man 😀
