Need some legal help here...

The buisiness I work for (small business), loaned 3 computers to a guy in Atlanta.

He invented arcade game back in 98. His company went out of business shortly after that.

These 3 computers were loaned on behalf of an Amusement park. We were trying to get them back up.

That was about 2 months ago. We have not heard from him since and he refuses to answer any emails of phone calls.

I have his cell phone number and a phony address that he signed on a contract.

I'm heading back up to Atlanta this weekend and need to get the computers back...


Any suggestions?

Call the cell company and play like its your phone and ask why you haven't been getting your bills so you'd like to know the address they have on file...

did you loan the computers to the guy or to the company.

how was the company set-up? llc, corp, partnership, sole prop.?

We are a llc incorporated company, he's just a stupid bum that designed a racing boat game for Windows 95

sorry i was wondering about him since certain types of businesses have to register with the state. the type of corp may also limit any type of recourse you may actually have.
