Need some LCD help (27 inch or high)

Hi guys,

Currently I sold my Apple Cinema 30"

I want either the 3007WFP-HC or the new LCDs that use the new LG/Philips panel

Will a 3000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio and 102 pct GAMUT make a big difference over 1000:1 regular contrast ratio and 92 pct?

what are you using it for? Right now I think the gateway 30inch is among the best as it actualy has scaling hardware and more then just dvi inputs, but if you are using to solely for pc graphics work then those features arent important.

I don't need scaling etc, I need a top notch LCD I can use to play games thatis great looking
