Need some input on next PC

I'm building a new PC and I lean towards a small form (mATX) and passive cooled where possible.
This is what I've picked so far and I'd like to hear you opinions:
motherboard: ABIT Fatal1ty F-I90HD
cpu: Core 2 Duo E6420
video: Gigabyte 8500GT
or use the onboard video
memory: OCZ DDR2 PC2-7200 Special Ops Edition
or OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 CL 3 FlexXLC Edition
or with G.Skill DDR2 2048MB 800MHZ CL4 that's half the price the ocz are
case:ANTEC SONATA III 500W

HD,DVDRW, mouse, keyboard, monitor I already have.

Edit: Added more components

Nah, the E6420 is good. What are you going to be using it for? Will you overclock?

Go for cheaper RAM; whatever DDR2-800 is on offer on newegg will do you even if you're overclocking; don't shell out $$$ for the OCZ when you won't end up using its full potential. Don't get a PSU that comes with a case, or try not to. Get a Seasonic/Corsair/OCZ/Enermax Liberty PSU at around 450/500 watts.

Thank you Roguestar, does it realy worth paying double for the E6420 for the faster FSB and 330MHZ speed difference?
I don't know if I'm going to overclock it because I intend to install a passive cooler on the cpu - I would like it as silent as posible, hence the Antec Sonata case.
This PC will be use mainly for watching movies and internet.
Will try and get a separate PSU.
Any preferences when it comes to mATX cases?

I didn't realise the price gap was so large. So, no. Go for the E4300; it's more than good enough. If you're installing a passive cooler you should look at the tuniq tower or thermalright ultra. Go for value brand DDR2-533 if you're not overclocking, or whatever in and around that is cheapest of on offer. I'm not really up on cases to be honest; I bought an ATX one six years ago and I keep reusing it every time I upgrade 😉.

Thank you very much Roguestar for you help. I'll go with your advice, although I'll get DDR2-800 RAM since the price difference is very little.
